A love letter to the flavors and colors of the Caribbean

Each spread features a different Caribbean dish for every letter of the alphabet. Ever since I was a child, I was fascinated by watching my mom cook traditional meals for our family during thanksgiving. I personally learned the most about my culture through watching my mom cook traditional meals like ackee and saltfish or patacones. I wanted to translate some of my childhood fascination into something that can get other children excited about learning about their cultures too.
